We pride ourselves on the speed and efficiency of our service.
99% of all orders placed before 3pm (Mon – Fri) are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail First Class Post so in most instances our customers in mainland UK receive next day delivery.
Obviously we have no control of your package once it leaves our Warehouse and sometimes Royal Mail take longer to deliver than they should so if your order is time critical Special Delivery options are available at checkout.
Again we endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible and if your order is placed before 3pm Greenwich Mean Time we will do our utmost to make certain it is dispatched the same day (Mon - Fri). All our orders are dispatched via Airmail either through Royal Mail, Parcel Force or TNT depending on the size/weight of your order and the type of service you request at Checkout.
All orders placed over the weekend are processed and dispatched the next working day.
We do not have a fixed price for postage and packing as postal rates vary depending on the size and weight of your order. However we keep our postage and packing charges to the bare minimum.
Postage charges are created dynamically depending on the size and weight of your total order so to see how much postage will be at any time just visit the checkout page. You will need to create an account if you do not already have one so that our system knows which part of the world you are in to calculate your shipping charges.

The cost of sending your order includes packing materials (padded envelopes, boxes, labels, packing tape, labour etc. as well as the physical cost of posting).
To see the status of your order at any time just click on the ‘Your Account’ link at the top of any page and visit the ‘Review Online Orders’ section for an up to date status report. If you have requested special delivery, or your order was dispatched through Parcel Force or TNT, your tracking number will be quoted here.
